I want to give it five stars because the STAFF IS AWESOME... but it's Panera Bread and there's just no getting past that. lol I just can't make myself give a fast food franchise store five stars. I"m a Realtor in Winter Park and my real estate office is directly across the street, so I go here daily. The food is good, it's consistent and the people at this specific location on Park Avenue WILL TREAT YOU REALLY REALLY WELL.

Has a great experience. The guy at the register, I think his name is Jonathan, red hair, was very polite and accommodating despite some issues with equipment and other customers. He made the experience of ordering and getting our order most pleasant. Thank you.

A PHENOMENAL place to hang out for a few hours. Tons of space, clean bathrooms, high ceilings, big tables, good lemonade, coffee refills, free internet, good food. Love love love spending afternoons here reading / doing work on my laptop

They have different pastries than Panera in the Midwest, fewer choices. It was good though.

Sorry, but I had horrid customer service here on 9/20/2012. They messed my order up three times, including not putting the roast beef on a roast beef sammich. Although the manager was aware (she was standing right where I returned the beefless sammy) not a word of apology or explanation. I emailed corporate to vent my spleen- its been a week and no response. There are a lot of places in Winter Park to eat- I won't darken their door again.

Panera Bread is as good as it gets in this category of fast food. The bakery items are amazing and the soups, salads, and sandwiches are always just as fresh. The price is right and your order is ready in just a couple of minutes. This particular location is pretty big. They do a lot of business and we are part of it. We probably come here at least once a week and will continue to support them wherever we live. Such good food!

Normally I love this Panera but I had a bad experience on my last two visits. I would leave just one star but I have had several 5 star experiences here in the past. I met a colleague there for lunch last week. I ordered on the app before I walked over because I did not want to waist time when I got there. I had a short lunch so I wanted to maximize the time we had to talk. The app said my order will be ready in ten minutes. I've used it several times before and they are usually on time. I arrived about 12 minutes later and my meal is not ready. My colleague arrives. Orders. Gets his food. Mine is still not ready. We sit for 5 minutes. No food. I finally go ask someone at the register about my meal. She tells me that they ran out of the type of bread that my sandwich is on and asks me to select another bread. This is a huge flaw in the app. No way to communicate those things yet. Another 10 minutes go by. Still no food. I see a bag with my name on it sitting behind the counter. I ask if it is mine. They check. It is but the bag is empty. They still had not started making it. They finish it 5 minutes later, just before our lunch was almost over. I went back tonight and had a similar experience. Used the app. It said it would be ready in 10. 20 minutes later I see our bag sitting behind the counter. I ask for it. It is missing two items. Maybe I need to stop using the app to order but some of this is more than just the app. I hope for more positive experiences here in the future.

Dirty. I looked up and saw bugs and dust inside the overhead light, while I ate my food. It's the usual Panera menu. I won't bore you with the details. They need to do more cleaning.

Just like any other Panera Bread. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Nice and big which makes it ideal for groups. Their sweet tea was really good :)

Great food, service and location. If you used to frequent the Fairbanks Ave. location that is now closed, give this one a try.

Every Panera is consistent with their offerings and the same goes for this location on Park Ave. Parking is tricky around here especially if its Friday-Sunday but if you come any other day especially in the morning its no problem. I always get an asiago cheese bagel and for a while this location always seemed to have a really hard time keeping it stocked which annoyed me since clearly its a popular choice but lately they've always had some so that makes me happy. The service is good most of the time and the food tastes like all the other food at every other Panera tastes so at least they're consistent. Since Panera is such a huge chain and their food is good but isn't any sort of amazing thats why i give it a 3 star. Nothing great nothing awful. *Just a side note, if you've never had a chocolate chip cookie from Panera before you are missing out. No matter if they just came out of the oven or from the pastry dish they ALWAYS seem to be chocolately and gooey inside and it totally hits the spot.

This is my Park Ave stop when I want a little more than Starbucks but not a full meal. Located on the northern end, it's also very convenient to the parking garage. Food is expected but staff is nice and outdoor seating is puppy friendly. My dog gives it five stars because on our last visit, they gave us the wrong sandwich and let us keep it after they delivered the correct one, so he totally got hooked up.

My biggest complaint about this location is the clientele that they allow in here. I'm a frequent customer and my meal is constantly disturbed by obnoxiously loud teenage girls (sometimes a group of 15 or more unchaperoned 13-15 year olds). I can tell that many of the other guests are disturbed by these girls' rowdiness. I've pointed it out to the manager before, but he didn't do very much to rectify the situation. It happens so frequently that I might no longer return to this Panera.

Nice option for a quick bite on the Ave. Free Wi-Fi, great service and plenty of seating inside and outside. Always enjoy the very fresh salads here. Lines at the register move quickly. This new location offers easier parking than the location that was on Fairbanks.

This panera is definitely busy during lunch time and a little difficult to find parking if it is. Other than that, service is quick and friendly and just like any other panera. if you haven't joined and frequent panera a lot, I would suggest signing up for their loyalty program. After a few visits I was rewarded with a free pastry or sweet item, which I saved for next time, but its nice to get free items!
